My wife and I stay in the spa room every weekend and we always enjoy ourselves. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Never once have we ever had an issue. The rooms are very clean and we have never seen any bugs or anything. It's our own personal home away from home. We love this place.!

The lady at the front desk is very nice very play very informational I don't mind going there at all if I have to deal with her because she's so helpful and so considerate I guess it makes it easy to stay there

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of Hollywood Boulevard, eateries and easy access to main roads out of Hollywood. Also being able to park our car there at a small charge was great.

I really liked the cleanliness and the staff was real friendly only downside that was very minor was no ironing board:( but other than that will book again in the future

The in room jacuzzi and the very nice staff were exceptional. She was always in a great mood and always willing to work with me.
